Organizational clients

When a prospective organizational client is considering my services, we meet for an initial free hour to discuss the client’s needs and the service I can provide.

Upon engagement, we schedule an initial two-hour conversation with appropriate stakeholders where we gather information required to roadmap the process.

Sometimes the process will benefit from meeting with other people within the organization, from reviewing financials and other written documents guiding growth, and communicating with other stakeholders. The goal of my work is to assist the individual and organization to be positioned for a desired future.
