You are a unique person with idiosyncratic talents and preferences. Most of my clients have been working for years and have some awareness of their strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes. Usually they feel that something isn’t working, and they want a work and life situation that is soul-satisfying rather than just a means to a paycheck.

Clients often come to me because they want something different, but they don’t know exactly what it is nor how to make it happen.

My job is to assist you in transforming your work/life into one that is satisfying to you now and for the foreseeable future. Sometimes the result is a different work situation or new career; other times my client ends up with a better relationship to their current work.

We arrive at this new insight through conversation and by close observation as you learn about yourself and experiment with what you’ve learned.
